How it's calculated
Bonuses are additive on the base roll:
value = base × (1 + Quality × 1% + 25% if GA + 50% if Capstone)
Fully masterworked multipliers:
- Masterwork: ×1.25
- Masterwork + GA: ×1.50
- Masterwork + Capstone: ×1.75
- Masterwork + GA + Capstone: ×2.00
Example from Maxroll: a 10% CDR roll with Quality 25, Capstone and GA gives 10 × (1.25 + 0.50 + 0.25) = 20%.
The game rounds displayed values, so a reverse-calculated base can be off by a small fraction.
